About the Artist
Mishel Schwartz
Mishel Schwartz's art is a captivating blend of nature and memory, drawing inspiration from the organic forms of Art Deco and the masters like Klimt, Gaudi, and Monet. Using mediums like alcohol ink, acrylic, and gouache, Schwartz explores the malleability and translucency of these materials to capture light and form. Her work often reflects her deep respect for the natural world, with small fragments of dreams. Outside of art, she's passionate about climate control and reducing our carbon footprint.
