Colour Burst - Canvas Print

Colour Burst is highly impressionistic, and therefore highly open to interpretation. The predominant hues include bold shades of orange, red, and purple. Though the work is largely abstract, there seems to be a distinct horizon at the lower quarter of the picture. It could be interpreted as the ocean reflecting the clouds at sunset, or it could be autumnal foliage under a wide-open prairie sky. Because of the warm colors and the conversation-starting potential, this piece would work well in a dining room.
