American Girl Series At American Express Office (Florence, Italy 1951) - Canvas Print

A young woman sits on marble steps outside the American Express office, laughing as she reads through a stack of letters from home. Her 1950s pleated skirt and pendant necklace, the dark stone facade, and the crisp black and white tones all root this fine art photograph in postwar Florence, where solo travel felt like freedom. Ruth Orkin captures a moment of pure, unguarded joy that still resonates. This wall art brings warmth and wanderlust to an entryway, office nook, or reading corner.
