Destiney Powell is a Nashville based artist working in watercolors, pastels, acrylics, and oils. The young millennial has been painting and drawing since the age of 2 and went on to receive her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Mississippi State University. Focusing on her goal of creating work that speaks to the black community as well as giving back the knowledge she has gained to her fellow creators, Destiney is dominating her dreams one step at a time. Her works are vibrant, inspiring, and covered in culture.
