Philece Roberts creates from intuition, viewing art as an innate part of identity rather than a choice. Working in acrylic, oil, graphite, watercolor, mixed media, hand-drawn line work, and digital techniques, Roberts blends realism with abstraction to explore figurative subjects, florals, nature, portraiture, and emotional storytelling. Inspired by the experiences of Black women and the symbolism of nature, Roberts also mentors youth through Summer Arts Immersion in The Bahamas.
