Born and raised in South Africa, Johan Swanepoel commenced his career as an engineer / project manager. Fifteen years later he became involved with the licensing of stock images and presently works as a freelance stock photographer and graphic artist. Though Johan has a special love for wildlife, he prefers not to specialize and appreciates the diversity of visual arts. This wider interest led him to the exiting field of 3D modeling, still renders and the occasional animation.
