Case Study: Flex Oasis
A Scalable Corporate Art Program for StretchLab
A scalable corporate art program for StretchLab's nationwide franchise rollout; turnkey, consistent, and ready for every new opening.
Case Study: Flex Oasis

Project Overview
StretchLab, part of Xponential Fitness, partnered with iCanvas to build a corporate art program designed to keep pace with rapid franchise growth. With new studios launching every quarter and a five-year rollout ahead, the brief was to deliver on-brand artwork on demand, consistent across locations, ready to install the moment a new studio opened.

The Challenge
1. Rapid Expansion
With 35+ studios launching each quarter, artwork needed to be ready for deployment without slowing opening timelines.
2. Brand Consistency
Every new studio needed to feel like StretchLab on day one; same visual signature, atmosphere, and identity from one location to the next.
3. Licensing & Fulfillment
Long-term licensing and a tight fulfillment system were essential. Without them, a single inventory gap could stall openings nationwide.
Our Approach

We mapped artwork needs across entryways, offices, and amenities, with flexibility built into sizing and orientation.

Our curators selected modern, transitional pieces with bold color palettes to energize the spaces guests train in.

We secured extended licensing on every selected piece, so the same artwork stays available as new studios come online.

We built turnkey art kits and a fulfillment system that ships consistent, install-ready artwork to every new studio on schedule.

Results & Impact
The program turned artwork from a launch obstacle into a turnkey deliverable. New StretchLab studios now open with consistent, install-ready art on day one. No procurement scramble, no inventory gaps, no design exceptions. Extended licensing and standardized fulfillment keep the corporate art program scaling as fast as the franchise does, with the same brand experience guaranteed in every location.
