Who are 5 of your current favorite artists, living or dead?

Van Gogh (obviously haha), Audrey Kawasaki, Sarah Joncas, Jeff Soto, Rodrigo Luff

What band or musician would you listen to while creating your art?

Right now it’s a Junip Pandora station I started.

If you could master any other form of creative expression, what would it be?

I’ve always wanted to learn to play the drums.

What is one person, one place, and one object that inspires you?

My son and husband both inspire me daily. I travel to the Caribbean once a year and find it really inspires me as well. I can’t say one single object, but my art collection as a whole inspires me all the time. I have surrounded myself with other’s art (I have over 50 originals on my living room / dining room walls!)  and it is a source of inspiration every second of every day.

What is something about you that others may be surprised to learn?

I was a model for J.C Penny when I was 5. Was even offered a contract with Ford, but my mother declined because we would have had to move to NYC.
