Sean Parrish

Sean Parrish's art is rooted in non-objective abstraction, drawing inspiration from mythology, stories, and the natural and urban landscapes that surround him. His compositions, focused on experimental juxtapositions of form and texture, emphasize emotional tension and discovery through abstract expressionism and the playful imperfection of Art Brut. His work is shaped by his experience with the Hispanic Outreach Center, where he taught mixed media art to immigrant children.
