Adubi Mydaz Makinde

Adubi Makinde uses acrylics to reimagine Afro-centric sculptures into contemporary masterpieces. A self-taught artist and graduate of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Makinde infuses his figurative paintings with insights on contemporary topics, creating pieces that awaken great minds time after time. Through soft impasto techniques, he conjures stylized ethereal faces and bodies, inviting viewers into discussions on concurrent narratives. Aside from art, he's passionate about World Earth Day.
