With thousands of miles of beaches, bustling Miami nightlife, and world famous tourist attractions, Florida is the second most visited place in the United States. It makes sense that artists living in these tropical temperatures would be inspired by their sunny and exciting environment. While we often see Florida artwork highlighting the charm and nostalgia of Disney or the natural beauty of the ocean, artists can find inspiration in a variety of places. Sometimes, where you’re from drives what you create, but that’s not always the case.

With her artistic passion stemming from her great-grandfather, Miami-based artist Susanne Kremer creates travel photography featuring cities, nature, and scenery across the globe.
