The Portrait of Giovanni - Canvas Print

This vertical double portrait captures a couple standing hand in hand in a richly furnished bedchamber, rendered with the glazing and detail that define Northern Renaissance painting. The woman's emerald gown pools in heavy folds beside her husband's fur trimmed black robe, while a small dog waits at their feet and a convex mirror quietly reflects the room behind them. The Portrait of Giovanni brings a sense of history and quiet ceremony into a space. This wall art suits a study, library, or formal entryway where its detail rewards a slower look.
