Shear II - Canvas Print

Sharp planes of espresso brown, charcoal, and weathered stone anchor the base of this composition, while a slender wedge of cobalt blue and ochre rises through the upper right like a shard of light cutting through shadow. Balanced on the left by a towering black pillar edged in slate gray, Shear II builds quiet tension between mass and precision. The mottled, tactile surface gives the geometry a weathered depth, making it feel architectural rather than flat. Matias Duarte's vertical wall art brings structure and sophistication to a study, entryway, or office wall craving a mid-century edge.
