Oxido On Teal I - Canvas Print

Soft turquoise pools across the lower half of this vertical composition while warm chocolate and burnt umber settle into the upper corners, meeting at a distressed cruciform center built from scraped, spattered paint. Heavy palette-knife impasto and touches of rust and copper flake give the surface a weathered, oxidized quality, like a metal panel worn down by time. Oxido On Teal I brings a calm, textured presence to a space, grounding a living room or entryway with its balance of cool coastal tones and raw, earthy warmth in this wall art piece by Patricia Pinto.
