About the Artist
Maria Titan
Maria Titan is drawn to what happens when fragments come together. She builds images gradually tearing, layering, and reworking surfaces until something unexpected emerges. Her style sits between painterly realism and abstraction, with visible textures, edges, and imperfections that make the process part of the piece. She's exhibited across London, Athens, Miami, and Nicosia, and is a dedicated advocate for animal welfare, particularly feral and abandoned cats.
