Mariana in the South, c.1897 - Canvas Print

A woman kneels before a tall arched mirror, head tilted back, hands lifted to her long auburn hair as she gazes at her own reflection. Her ivory gown pools over coral-red sleeves onto the checkered tile floor, while scattered letters and an open casket of pearls hint at a story of longing left unfinished. Painted with the soft luminosity and rich detail of the Pre-Raphaelite era, Mariana in the South brings quiet romance and old-world atmosphere to a space. This wall art suits a reading nook, bedroom, or formal sitting room where its mood can linger.
