Hymn Of The Freedman - Canvas Print

This vintage lithograph captures a proud moment from Civil War history, with African American Union infantry standing at attention beneath a raised American flag. A young drummer boy holds his brass drum in the foreground while an officer stands near a canvas tent, framed by an arched border that opens onto a sunlit encampment. Rendered in muted teals, navy, and warm tan tones with touches of brass and gold, Hymn Of The Freedman brings a commemorative, historic presence to a study, library, or reading nook. This piece by Granger honors a meaningful chapter of American military history as wall art with lasting resonance.
