Foothills Fall - Canvas Print

Golden aspen and birch trees blaze across the foreground of this autumn landscape, their leaves catching the light in warm yellow tones before the eye travels back through rolling foothills of deep green and burnt orange toward towering alpine peaks. Alison Philpotts captures the layered terrain of the Alberta wilderness with the rich texture of oil paint, giving Foothills Fall a sense of depth and season. It's a piece that brings the crisp feeling of a mountain autumn indoors, ideal as wall art for a living room or study that could use a dose of seasonal color.
