Buck in a Field I - Canvas Print

A young buck rests quietly in an open meadow, its pale antlers and alert ears rendered in soft, bleeding washes of mauve and chestnut brown. Wet-on-wet watercolor techniques give the coat a translucent, layered quality, while a turquoise sky and chartreuse field ground the scene in atmosphere. Bright white highlights along the muzzle and antler tines bring the gentle expression to life. Buck in a Field I by Elizabeth Medley brings a calm, rustic presence to the space, making it a natural fit for wall art above a reading nook or cabin-style living room.
