Blood Collage XXVI - Canvas Print

This striking Victorian découpage brings together a red Latin cross, an inverted classical figure, and cascading drops of crimson blood, all layered against aged parchment scrawled with cursive script. Blue bellflowers, a coiled serpent, and a reclining skeleton weave through the piece as reminders of mortality, while a draped statue and a fluttering butterfly add quiet contrast on the right. Blood Collage XXVI by John Bingley Garland brings a moody, gothic intensity that suits a study, library, or any wall art collection built around the strange and symbolic.
