Before The Storm - Canvas Print

A field of golden wildflowers rolls beneath a darkening sky in this textured oil painting, where thick, rhythmic brushstrokes catch the last light before a summer storm rolls in. A weathered barn with terracotta walls sits tucked among deep green trees, small against the swirling indigo clouds gathering overhead. The contrast between sunlit meadow and brooding sky gives Before The Storm a quiet tension, the kind of charged stillness that settles over the countryside just before rain. This wall art brings that same drama and warmth to a living room or farmhouse entryway. Lana Shamshurina paints the scene with a nod to Van Gogh's rural fields, celebrating fleeting light against an uncertain horizon.
