Abstract I - Canvas Print

Abstract I brings together soft washes of creamy ivory and pale beige with a dense mass of dark plum, creating a grounded contrast that feels both calm and dramatic. The layered organic shapes and bold gestural brushwork give the surface a rich, textural quality that draws the eye in without overwhelming it. Vertical in orientation, this piece by Doris Schmitz works beautifully as wall art in an entryway or above a console table, adding warmth and quiet depth to the space.
