Maura Reed

Maura Reed grew up surrounded by art. Her mother and grandmother were both accomplished artists, and her mother spotted Reed’s talent for drawing early, nurturing it into a strong foundation. By age five, making art was already part of who she was. Today, Reed paints intuitively, using contrasts in color, line, and form to bring spontaneity and structure into one cohesive visual language. A breast cancer survivor, she is a committed supporter of awareness, research, and hope for those affected.
