Marco Santos

Residing in Portugal, Marco Santos creates parody paintings featuring unexpected cartoon character and movie scene combinations. Inspired by the pop culture of the ‘80s and ‘90s, his art contains a mixture of “reality, fiction, and other alternate realities and symbiosis.”

Fusing realistic details with classic animation styles, he puts surprising spins on characters we know and love, such as the Looney Tunes gang as superheroes. From Princess Leia as The Little Mermaid to Madonna with The Child to Daisy Duck as Captain America, we think his artwork can be a great way to create an eye-catching and humorous atmosphere.

Kristin Fardy

Residing in Ottawa, Canada, Kristin Fardy creates paintings of singers, characters, and other celebrities with unfamiliar twists. Inspired by human faces, popular culture, and explorations of identity, she ultimately enjoys making the viewer “laugh, smile, or experience a sense of surprise” through her creations.

With childhood icons and sweet treats sprinkled throughout, she uses a spread of bright colors to emphasize on the joyful energy of each portrait. From Drake as an astronaut to The Rock eating a cake pop to Princess Diana smoking a cigar, her prints are full of amusement for pop culture fans. Making her artwork a fun way to create a playful and eye-catching atmosphere.

Blake Munch

Residing in Florida, Blake Munch creates paintings of legendary musicians, political activists, iconic artists, movie characters, and other famous faces. With a goal to beautify the world and leave a mark like Vincent van Gogh, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and more of his “mental mentors”, his artistic fascination started with art books as a child where colors were his “dreamworld”.

With black and white portraits alongside colorfully textured creations, his intricate details highlight emotional and stoic facial expressions. From a serious Billie Eilish to a stylish Kurt Cobain to Johnny Cash lost in thought, we think his artwork can be a nice way to create an introspective or expressive atmosphere.
