If your product becomes defective at any point while you own it, we will exchange the item free of charge. A replacement ships within 5 days of us receiving your defective return.

The menu that appears on the left side of each page of iCanvas makes browsing easy. The menu allows you to browse by color theme, artist name, or topic. It also allows you to browse certain selections, like the Fine Art collection, Pop Art collection or the Photography collection. Furthermore, you are able to locate an artwork using the search window by entering an item number or any portion of the item description such as name, artist, or partial wording of your desired search.

Know exactly what you're looking for?


Use the search bar at the top of any iCanvas page to check the entire website for products that match your wants and needs. The search will generate results not only based on art piece and artist names, but also on their descriptions. So, for example, if you type Brad Pitt into the search bar, it will not only produce results for canvases of Brad Pitt, but also movies that he has starred in and any other related subjects.

Know exactly what you're looking for, but can't find it on iCanvas?


If we don't have it, we'll make it for you! Just go to the Custom Canvas ART Prints Page and fill out an order sheet. All that is required of you is a copy of the image that you would like to turn into art, and the iCanvas team will take care of the rest! The order sheet will ask you to pick a size for your art, complete the payment process, and then e-mail a copy your desired image to Sales@iCanvas.com. Your custom art will be shipped 3-5 business days after your image and payment is received.

Note: Custom orders do not fall under our return/exchange policy, but are fully protected against shipping damage.

Protecting your private data is our highest priority. We provide high-level protection through SSL, short for Secure Sockets Layer. This advanced cryptographic system is designed to encrypt private data so that it can be transmitted safely and securely over the Internet. SSL is the approved standard of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). Our security system also meets the rigorous security requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). As part of the order process, iCanvas will ask for your name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, and your credit/debit (or other payment type) information. This information will only be used for the purchase transaction and will never be given out to other businesses.



Every iCanvas product is wrapped to ensure maximum protection during the shipping process. All items are shipped in a custom-sized box that fits the exact specifications of the art piece. The product is also protected with Styrofoam corner-pieces and plastic tabs in order to ensure that it remains safe and secure during the shipping process. Finally, each art piece is marked as "Fragile Do Not Stack" in order to guarantee careful handling throughout the shipment process.

If, however, the art piece arrives damaged in any way, iCanvas goes a step further to ensure the satisfaction of its customers. Just contact us and we will send you a brand new art piece in exchange for the damaged one. The return shipping is paid for by iCanvas, and we will contact your local carrier to pick up the damaged item within the following 3 business days. Your new piece will be shipped to you right away after report of damage and a new tracking number will be provided for you. There is absolutely no cost to you as a customer for this service. This way, buying from iCanvas is guaranteed to be risk-free!



Each piece is made to order and ships the moment it is completed, usually within 1-4 business days. The actual arrival date will depend on the carrier, as well as your location's distance from the manufacturing center, which is located in Chicago, Illinois. However iCanvas does provide you with a way to track your order: after you have placed your order, you will get an order confirmation e-mail, and then a follow-up shipment confirmation e-mail. In this shipment confirmation e-mail, we provide you with a link that will allow you to watch the progress of your shipment via the provided tracking number. Most items are shipped via UPS.

Easy Returns and Exchanges


Changed your mind? We don't mind! If, within 60 days, you decide that you need to return the merchandise back to our warehouse, we will gladly take it back "No Questions Asked." We will even send you a free return UPS Ground label upon your return request!* Simply e-mail Returns@iCanvas.com with your order number and details regarding your return. We will send an e-mail reply back with your pre-paid return label which will already contain your Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number on it. Then, simply send back your art piece in its original condition and packaging with the return label attached, and we will process your return/exchange. Original Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Return cost will only be refunded via return label; financial refund for return shipping will not be issued. For Returns:


The account that was originally used to purchase the product will be credited within 3-5 days after the product has been received and inspected.

For Exchanges:


Simply indicate in your e-mail what product you would like to exchange your item for, and we will ship it to you 3-5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspect. If the exchanged product is of a different value than the returned product, your account will be charged/credited with the difference within 3-5 business days.

To Change an Order:


If you would like to change your order once it has been submitted, all you need to do is contact us immediately and we will work with you to change your order before it is shipped. If your art piece has already been shipped, please see our Returns and Exchanges section.

Gallery Wrapping/Framing


Your art piece will arrive new, gallery-wrapped (stretched, stapled on a frame), and ready to be displayed right out of the box. The frames are made of high-quality, shrink-resistant fir wood, guaranteeing that your art piece will last a lifetime. Instead of using ready-made box frames, iCanvas hand-assembles each frame out of four separate pieces of wood to ensure the best fit for your piece. The unique assembly of our frames also allows you to re-stretch your frame if it ever becomes slack with time, a feature that is unavailable with box frames.



Every art piece arrives ready to be displayed right out of the box! In order to hang your art piece, iCanvas provides a custom flush-mounting kit with every order; You will not need any additional materials to mount your art piece besides those that are provided with your shipment! In addition, each shipped art piece includes a set of Easy Mounting Instructions that make the process quick and hassle-free. After mounted, the piece will remain in place securely due to its double-screw mounting design, meaning you'll never have to worry about readjustment. You art won't move unless you want it to, that's our guarantee!

International Customers



International shipping rates apply for all international orders. Please make sure to select the correct ship to country in the checkout section.

Please note: iCanvas is not responsible for any local taxes or duties required for receipt of orders delivered internationally.

For International orders and orders outside of continental United States, iCanvas will cover up to $9.95 USD for return shipping charges. Original Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.



A replacement ships within 3-7 days of us receiving your defective return. Expedited replacement is available. International customer is responsible for shipping charges of the ordered art piece in its original condition and packaging back to our warehouse. iCanvas will ship the exchanged item back to the international customer free of charge.
